We had an amazing stay at this resort, with stunning views and a lovely private villa right on the water. The staff was incredibly attentive and made our visit peaceful and relaxing, but we found the dining options to be somewhat overpriced and underwhelming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, though we felt the dining aspect could use some improvement.

Rooms
8.0
Our villa was spacious and comfortable, with a great little terrace to enjoy the ocean views. However, the layout could be better as it felt a bit cramped at times.
Service

The staff was warm and helpful, always ready to assist us with our luggage and any requests we had. Their professionalism really stood out during our stay.
Location
10.0
The resort is in an unbeatable location on a cliff overlooking the ocean, providing a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for relaxation, and it's close to various local attractions.
Dining
6.0
While the dining experience was nice, the menu felt limited and the prices were quite high for the quality and variety offered.

The resort had beautiful grounds that were lovely to stroll through, but the garden areas could use some maintenance.

The Seaes Resort on Jeju Island offers a stunning setting with beautiful sea views and well-maintained cottages, perfect for relaxation. While the overall atmosphere is comforting, the service quality and dining options may leave some guests wanting more, especially at the price point. However, the exceptional breakfast and location make it worth a visit.

Rooms
8.0
We stayed in a spacious bungalow with a lovely ocean view, but some of the other rooms seemed quite small and outdated.
Service
6.0
While the service was generally very accommodating, communication issues due to language barriers made certain interactions quite frustrating.
Location
10.0
The resort is ideally situated with breathtaking ocean views and close proximity to famous attractions like Jusangjeolli Cliff and Cheonjeyeon Falls.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was fantastic, especially breakfast with a great variety of options, although some dinner choices were lacking.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities are well-maintained, though I found the overall pricing to be on the higher side for what was offered.

5.0/10

We had a mostly disappointing experience at this hotel, which was not worth the high price we paid. While the surroundings were lovely and the staff was friendly, the room was cramped with outdated amenities and poor air conditioning. The dining options were lackluster, not meeting our expectations for a resort spa. Overall, it fell short of being a relaxing getaway.

Rooms
5.0
The room was cramped with outdated furniture, and the air conditioning was very loud and unpleasant. It felt quite cramped, and there was almost no space to move around.
Service
5.0
The service was quite inconsistent; while some staff members were helpful, others were rude and unaccommodating.
Location
7.0
The hotel is located in a pleasant area with beautiful surroundings, though it is a bit far from local dining options.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing, with limited menu options and no coffee or tea service available.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities, such as the spa, were nice, but many aspects felt outdated and not well-maintained.

7.0/10

My stay at this resort was truly a mix of highs and lows. The beautiful sea view was stunning, and the room was spacious and clean, allowing for a relaxing stay. However, the service left much to be desired, as several aspects felt lacking, especially during breakfast. While the barbecue for dinner was excellent, navigating the dining options proved challenging at times.

Rooms
8.0
The suite was spacious, featuring a comfortable double bed and Dolby surround sound. However, the bathroom door was outdated and a bit faulty.
Service
5.0
While there was one exceptionally helpful staff member, many interactions felt rushed or unwelcoming, making it difficult to get what I needed.
Location
9.0
Set in a picturesque area overlooking the ocean, the location was serene and offered a nice escape from larger, bustling resorts nearby.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast was limited and, unfortunately, many menu items ran out well before the time was over. The dinner BBQ was delicious but felt somewhat pricey.
Facilities
6.0
Though the resort lacks certain amenities like a pool, the cozy and quaint atmosphere was refreshing, providing a nice getaway.

5.2/10

I had a stay that was both enjoyable and disappointing. The resort is beautifully designed and has a stunning volcanic rock tub, but the experience was somewhat marred by noise from neighboring rooms and limited breakfast options. The staff were accommodating, but there were some amenities that felt lacking for the price. It was a pricey stay, yet I did appreciate the unique features and the chance to relax in a nice setting.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were quite small and a bit tired looking, with a king-size bed and a terrace that had great views, but they felt cramped for two people with luggage. The heated floor system was a nice touch, but it was disappointing that an extra person had to sleep on the floor instead of in a proper bed.
Service
5.0
While some staff were kind and generous, I also encountered a rude experience when my tea was placed on the table. The language barrier sometimes made it challenging to get assistance.
Location
7.0
The resort is directly on the water, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere, but it's a bit off the beaten path which can make getting to some attractions less convenient.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, mostly offering Korean dishes with a meager American breakfast. The buffet was sparse and didn't include cooked options, which felt disappointing given the price.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities felt like they missed the mark for the price point, especially without a pool or gym, and the spa lacked basic amenities like bathrobes and slippers, which made it less appealing.
